BAŞVURU KONUSU: The case concerns the alleged violation of the right to personal liberty and security for the unlawful arrest, custody and detention of the applicant, Member of the Constitutional Court, as well as for his detention by the magistrate judge, in breach of the principles of natural judge and of independent and impartial judge; alleged violations of the right to a fair trial and right to respect for private life for the applicant's unlawful dismissal; alleged violation of the prohibition of ill-treatment for certain acts during custody; alleged violation of the right to property for the seizure of the applicant's belongings and properties on the basis of unlawful decisions; alleged violations of the right to a fair trial, right to respect for private life and inviolability of the domicile due to the search warrants; as well as alleged violations of the prohibitions of discrimination and restriction of the fundamental rights and freedoms out of their intended purposes as well as freedom of expression due to certain practices.

BAŞVURU KONUSU: The case concerns the alleged violations of the freedom of expression due to the decision on conditional suspension of prosecution rendered for allegedly chanting slogans and unfurling a banner in a meeting, as well as of the right to a trial within a reasonable time due to the prolongation of the proceedings.

BAŞVURU KONUSU: The case concerns the alleged violations of the freedom of expression, science and arts as well as the right to a trial within a reasonable time due to the applicant’s being subject to probation as a result of the proceedings conducted against him for publishing an obscene novel.

BAŞVURU KONUSU: The case concerns the alleged violations of the right to protect and improve the corporeal and spiritual existence due to the applicant’s being placed in the same prison with the person sexually abusing him, as well as of the right to personal liberty and security due to the unjust and disproportionate nature of his detention and review of the challenge against his detention without a hearing and by a judge of the same level with the one ordering his detention.
